Service Description

"One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes." In this private sound healing session, we will work with the Himalayan Singing Bowls to send vibration through your body and create a flow of energy which encourages harmonisation and deep relaxation. This practice is for you if you are looking to nourish your body with a deeply relaxing and mediative journey. Everyone is welcome, no previous experience working with sound or meditation is required. I look forward to connecting with you to cultivate a healing environment for your body.
